Thank you for swinging by! Here at OutofNorm.al I’ve decided to shake things up a bit. While some web designers charge by the hour and many charge per completed project, I want to try something a little different — I want to let YOU decide what your website needs (with my guidance, of course!) and what fits your budget.

See, charging you per hour could really add up! Or maybe it wouldn’t… but nobody likes surprises when there’s money involved. And, chances are, a flat rate for a completed website would be out of budget (or you’d find yourself asking, “Why does this cost so much?!”)

That’s why I’ve created an à la carte design list. This allows you to build out your website based on your budget.
